Slacking

Wow talk about slacking....
I finally finshed this last semester that took all my time away from here. The twins are doing great. They learn to say something new everyday! Today we went and played with Arjun and Indira with Damiane. It's so cute how much they like eachother, when one got into trouble the other started (fake) crying. I love my new found, hopefully a life time, friend. The twinnies are fast asleep in their cribs (although I am dreading the time to come when they go to toddler bed). On a different note we have had many confirmed causes of swine flu at the hospital, but its not as bad as it was.
Off for now

Going for a Walk

After dinner the kids were all wound up, so we went for a walk. This is what we saw...

Even though it does not look like it I swear they enjoyed every mintue of it!
We tried yogurt and Cheerios The other morning. I thought for sure it would be a smash hit. Ecspecially since they both love Cheerios and they both love yogurt. Well you can see for yourself, Ian liked it but Natalee literally had one bite. It was so funny, the little princess she is, she took her fore-finger and thumb and very carefully picked up one cheerio and ate it. After that she refused to eat anymore. So apparently she does not like the two together. LOL

Natalee and I, before she is on the run again

I keep trying to get a pic of the three of us together but of course they won't sit still long enough lately. LOL

After that it was a hard day of playing non stop!

We love you all!!!

Papa Derdzinski

Mike's dad, Steve, was here in town this last weekend to visit. It was great to see him. Natalee even said Papa when he was here. Mike's dad grilled a true florida feast Sunday night. We had crab legs, steaks, portobello mushrooms, and asparagus.

Going for a Walk

Today has been an odd day. The twins took a 3 HOURS NAP!!!! I can't believe it myself. This afternoon we went for a late walk but it was still beautiful out. Per my temperture gage it is 77 and they was a nice cool breeze. Here are some picks from the trail...

Then we stopped at the park....

They loved the teeter totter the most :)
On our walk we saw a redfern hawk, some squirels and lots of beautiful flowers including I think, a passion flower

Suprise visit from Susan

Susan and Sebastian suprised us this afternoon to come and play. They love playing and we love chating and bringing coffee

Sebastian, Natalee, and Ian

It's amazing how the simplest item is the most fun to play with.
And for dinner....

Good Thing tonight is bath night!!!
Today has been a fun day so far. Natalee is getting her one year old molar's in and she is not handling it well.

The Twinnies on the couch after their nap

They are just like their mommy. They love their water.

New...

So I am new to this whole blog thing. But I am going to attempt it to keep all of my family and friends updated on the Twins.

This weekend seemed long and very eventful. Saturday we met Damiane and her twins, Arjun and Indira, at Seminole Rec. We had lunch and played. My little monkey Natalee is just like her father and climbed UP the slide instead of going down. I just had to laugh and shake my head. Ian said "bubble" which completely caught me off guard because he usually does not say much. I guess he is going to be the strong silent type. LOL. Mike's dad got into town Saturday night. Sunday we grilled and had steak and crab legs. YUM. Can't beat that. I did not have to cook or clean. There must be something in the air though because I got a migraine and both Steve and Mike got a headache. I don't know. Weird.
Finished "The Host' by Stephanie Meyer today. I have to say it took forever to get me hooked but once I as I could not put it down. I laughed, I cried (only once), and now I want more. I never used to be much of a bookworm but now I can't get enough. Well off for now.
